I have a REALLY odd shaped ear with very little curve on the edge. It took a bit of adjusting but now it fits a little better. My ear is really small too so I had to bend the back to make it curve more and shorten it. Would have liked the inner loop to be more obvious, but that's ok. Got it in sterling silver since I can't do brass without irritation. Totally worth the silver as it looks bright and shiny.
